HE "CERTIFIED POOL/SPA OPERATORS"® (CPO) COURSE by V. John Truglio is offered in New Jersey, with additional classes scheduled at times in the metropolitan areas of New York and Philadelphia. John is a CPO instructor certified by the National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF), and has presented CPO courses since 1996.
